Phase 1 is the first step in having your automobile repaired.  Below are some of the key steps needed to complete the first of four phases.

bulletPrepare an estimate of the repairs needed.
bulletReview the estimate with the owner and have the owner authorize the repair.
bulletContact the insurance company and obtain insurance approval.
bulletOrder and obtain the necessary parts to complete the repair.
